Eastern Elevation 2

Build a 3D model of the eastern side of a 4 floor apartment building in North Sydney. The model will be used for two main purposes: 1) Assist in the design of changes to the windows 2) Produce elevations for a Development Application to North Sydney Council The model should most likely be developed in Revit or AutoCAD, but we wish to view it in some kind of free software such as Sketchup (non Pro) or FreeCAD, so part of the work is exporting the model and making sure it also works on a target viewer. The key skills required are drafting, but experience with architecture, design and council development controls could prove beneficial and would be valued in selection. If you are located in Sydney a site visit would be very helpful to take measurements and additional photographs, possibly followed by subsequent visits to check detail. Otherwise some questions and answers back and forth will be necessary. Although photographs of most of wall are available, more will be have to be taken for completeness, on request The construction plans supplied are not completely accurate, and many features (e.g. air conditioning equipment) have been added since they were drawn. The degree of detail required is not extremely fine (e.g. guttering can be simplified), and neither photorealistic texture nor any colour is required.
