I am building a web project using a-frame. I need a 3D specialist to build the 3D world for me using a-frame ([login to view URL])

The world must resemble the following picture with the exception that I need only 1 central tower building (instead of a collection of buildings). The shape of the island also should be different. I leave some freedom to your imagination :

Additionally, I need to control an avatar (see [login to view URL]) to move freely in this world but only on the ground of the island surrounding the building. The avatar must hover little distance above the ground and cannot move into the sea part.
