Looking for team members to complete our organizational structure: **IT Support Team** that will own a 10% stake-hold in my company and responsible for maintaining and improving websites in addition to **Systems Management** ( internal systems, software development to automate recurring labor intensive tasks); **Analytical Functions** ( data base maintenance, back-ends, bumps, keyword research, niche detective, surveys, up-sells); **Technical Functions** ( computer maintenance, server maintenance, website maintenance, software development, tracking, white-listing, set up blogs / pod casts / video-casts, build links, build RSS feeds, search engine optimization tactics, viral marketing tactics, set up banner advertising, build landing pages, set up and maintain e-mail accounts, etc. **Project Management Team** that will own a 30% stake-hold in my company and responsible for the conception, development and production of the creative content that will include but not be limited too articles, blogs, pod-casts, bonuses, content pages, e-courses, e-books, e-zines, free reports, graphics, audio products, video products, software development, etc. **Sales and Marketing Team** that will own a 10% stake hold in my company and responsible for the building and the growing of the business through affiliate recruitment and acquisitions, product licensing, acquisition of other web related businesses, purchasing existing and expired domains, link buying, pay per click arrangements, customer service, free offers, fulfillment, returns processing, testimonial applications, list creation and maintenance, copy writing and market testing
