469826 Joomla Component + Template - Property Swapping

My Client needs a property swapping component. We will design a template and it have to be implemented as well. Preferably now it will be in Joomla 1.6 Also the component needs to work exactly like in the description. Attached there are all the files needed. Please bid only if you are confident and capable of doing this component. I found some components online that maybe you can modify them to work like we need. The component have to be able to let the admin add fields and also searchable and matchable.
