English to French Translator Needed for Website and Other Marketing Materials

Gutenberg Technology is headquartered in Paris, France, with a sister office in Boston, Massachusetts. With the marketing and sales teams having been primarily based in Boston to date, almost all public-facing messaging and content - on the website/blog, in marketing emails, printed and video material - are written or have been voiced over in English.
With a newly hired sales rep in our Paris office, localized Parisian French materials will need to be adapted from their English counterparts to best prepare them to do their job.
We are looking for a translator who doesn't just copy/paste translate, and instead reads and internalizes the messaging we've drafted in English before conversationally translating it in a way that flows naturally for a native French speaker. We understand that this is an artful skill, and that it may require some contextual back and forth for the best end result.
The primary assets to be translated from English to French near-term are: 3 key website pages, 5-10 recent blog posts, 1 product overview video. We would ideally look to hire someone part-time over the long-term for similar projects (other site pages, more blogs, advertising blurbs, email messaging, press releases) should the work on the first assets prove to be what we're looking for.
