Full-time Admin work for Lithuanian webstore (only Lithuanian-based freelancers)
$8-15 USD / hour
We are looking for a project manager to join our team. We are a growing B2B distribution company for nutrition products, and Lithuania is one of our key markets. Additionally, we run a B2C webstore for Lithuanian customers.
Tasks:
* Adding new products to the web-store following a specific guidelines (image resolution, SKU numbers, categorising products, etc.);
* Translating content (product descriptions, articles, other texts) from English to Lithuanian;
* Communicating with our warehouse in Latvia to resolve any operational issues with orders (damaged, wrong items return etc.);
* Answering to emails and calls from both web-store and business customers, communicating to the sales team;
* Publishing Facebook and Instagram content daily, which will be provided by our marketing team;
* Taking orders manually, creating invoices/orders in our inventory system on behalf of our B2B customers;
* Managing the distribution of marketing goods to our team of influencers on Instagram, by systemising the process on a spreadsheet and creating the shipments in our inventory system;
Requirements:
* Native Lithuanian speaker
* Excellent organizational skills
* Existing work experience
* Goal-orientated and fast
