I can dedicate at least 2 hours daily to attend to user feedback and communicate with game owner on matters that needs further action. Hi, I'm a native Indonesian that is also fluent with English. I don't have any experience with online poker but I have played poker in real life several times a long time ago that is said I'm not an experienced in poker world. But as a costumer support most of the times you need someone who is friendly and cool headed. And if that is the criteria you're looking for then I'm the right person for you. In my humble opinion a costumer support must like socializing and able to handle costumers in the most friendly and helpful way so the costumer is satisfied. Because costumer support is one of the most critical aspects of a business either it's online or not. A good costumer service would make the costumer satisfied and stay longer. In term of availability. I'm available everyday but only around 8-12pm (gmt +7) of course I have some free times in between 7am - 8pm but it won't be enough if the job require me to be online a 2 hours straight.
