I had various experiences in Customer Service field for 5 more years since 2012. While working as a customer service, I serve questions asked guests and customers, as well as providing the desired information as complete as possible in a friendly, courteous, interesting and fun. I am also on duty to always give full attention to customers, communicating in a clear, soft voice, and with language which is easy to understand. That is, that as a customer service, me become a person who can build good relationships with clients or customers so they feel satisfied, happy, and also more trust in the company where I work.
