Develop an aircraft marshalling game in unity for Oculus Quest

I need someone who has experience in Unity and VR game development to make a game that allows the user to practise marshalling aircraft. Here are the requirements: - Track the hand movements of the person doing the marshalling and detect what signal they are doing. - Make the aircraft move in response to the signal of the marshalling person. For example - if the marshalling person gives a 'stop' signal - the aircraft should then stop. If they give a 'move-forward' signal, the aircraft should move forward. If they give a 'turn left' signal, the aircraft should turn left. etc. - The game should allow the person to enter their name using the Oculus Quest controller before they start - The game should show text on the screen with what signal the marshalling person is doing (if they make a stop signal the text on screen should say 'STOP' for example) This video gives some information about how the marshalling signals work: [login to view URL] I have uploaded a picture showing which marshalling signals I will need. The ones I have highlighted in a RED box, will need to just show text on the screen when the marshalling person makes a movement like this. The ones I have highlighted in an ORANGE box will need the text to show on the screen and also make the aircraft move as the signal says. The deliverable for this job is the complete unity project.
