Develop a game basis in Unity 3D

We need a basis for a game in Unity 3D. We will create all objects, textures, skills and mechanics by ourselves after you give us 1 example for each system. So you "only" need to create the basis for a game. Later we can work together further! It should contain the following basic features: - game in Unity 3D for PC - simple player character model with over shoulder and ego view - simple inventory system and 1 simple wearable armor - terra forming (push,pull,smooth, etc) - placing 3D object into the world (build a house e.g.) - manipulating placed object: rotate 360°, lift up and push down (example: Planet coaster/Planet zoo) - placing paths with pathfinding for npc _ paths should snap on the end - simple sword fighting with 1 skill hit - dodging and blocking with shield - simple bow shooting with 1 skill shot - simple magic bolt or arrow - simple crafting system with 1 craftable item - simple health, stamina and mana system - simple NPCs with 1 simple player dialogue (e.g. 2 questions with 2 answer to choose from) - multiplayer: up to 4 players can join a host game (coop game) with password As you can see the game should be VERY basic and don't need to look any good. We need a basis so we can start making the game. Sure we will need your service in the future but we need to start simple.
