Hi there. I've read your descriptive and understand that you want to tweak an existing offline chess game in Unity to support online gameplay as well. We can use Photon Unity Networking to add in the networking features you require, and handle the rest with Unity and C# alone. You mentioned a requirements document in your description but you didn't attach one with the post. Although I didn't read the requirements document but let me give you a glance of what I can do for you: 1) Understand the existing code base to see how the chess game flow is working in offline mode. 2) Write the base code architecture for incorporating the networking functionality (Match making, data sending, retrieval and syncing). 3) Programming a network controller for controlling player moves in the game. 4) Tweaking the existing code to add in the networking support while making sure the offline support stays intact. 5) Perform thorough testing of the full system including code, design and UX. I can't write everything in detail here, so let's have a discussion soon!. For my experience.
