Draw on my video

I'm a Personal Trainer who has a new product selling online training programs and food plans. I have a marketing video in which I want to get people's attention immediately, within the first 3 seconds. At the moment it's mainly just me talking to the camera. The introduction of the video I'm going to say something like "I'm not Superman who has a Super pill which will make you lose weight tomorrow. I'm just a plain Jane ordinary guy who gets my clients long term results every time". So I need someone who has the ability to draw on the video some funny illustrations like a magic wand and a pill with the Superman symbol on it. I imagine you'll be using a program like Adobe After Effects. I've attached an image of what my video looks like which the successful applicant will do the illustrations on.
