JOB TITLE: Virtual Assistant for a Facebook Business Page that markets female ethnic wear. Female applicants only. MAIN JOB FUNCTION: 1. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: To actively engage customers landing on our page and convert those visitor to become buying customers. 2. DATA MANAGEMENT: To manage our Google Sheets - data update, order tracking - from order entry to fulfilment to customer. Pro active management of data to ensure customer fulfillment and customer satisfaction. To perform data analysis time to time. 3. PHOTOSHOP : Basic Photoshop skills for management of images. 4. SLIDE SHOW: Using whatever software to come up with slide shows to highlight our products. Some knowledge of video editing preferable but NOT essential. 5. UPLOAD ALBUMS: Upload albums onto Facebook pages on a daily basis. 6. WHATSAPP: To respond to Whatsapp query in a timely manner. This is small now and may grow bigger with time. PURCHASE ORDER: To generate these orders on a daily basis. Not a big number but an important function using a simple software ([login to view URL]) 7. OTHERS: In keeping with the tasks of a Virtual Assistant there would be other related activities BEYOND this that you would have to attend to. SKILLS: 1. Someone who can MULTI TASK effectively, efficiently and in a time bound manner. 2. Competent in Customer Service and customer conversion 3. Skills in social media 4. Totally dependable in getting to work on time ALL the time. 5. Someone with integrity. We have no time for excuses like internet is slow, I'm sick, power failures...(once a while this happens we know) We want folks who can make things happen. WORK HOURS: - 9 hours of work from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm window. 6 days a week Monday to Saturday. Once the job is on for sometime then it would become clear what the break window is for the longer term - For the right candidate and based on performance this could turn out to be a long term contract. The last person was on this job for more than 3 years.
