SWEDISH SPEAKING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - TELEMARKETER - APPOINTMENT SETTER

Hi Everyone We re a real estate agency based in Turkey. We sell properties here in Turkey to people from around the world including Scandinavian countries... We are currently looking to hire a long term Virtual Assistants to make calls and qualify real estate leads which we generate on daily basis from Sweden , Denmark , Finland and Norway. Our leads mostly speaks Swedish and English . You will be provided with scripts that you ll follow when you get a lead on the phone. Your job is to call the list of leads you are provided for the day and ask 4-5 different qualifying questions and note the answers on our crm system and report to us on daily basis. Your goal is to get the client on the phone , get answers to our questions and book a suitable time with client so that one of our agent can call them back at agreed time to inform them about the properties they are interested in buying. Qualification & Responsibilities ; - Minimum 6 months commitment - Quick learner and always willing to learn - Available on Whatsapp and [login to view URL] during working hours - You should be good with using computer - Able to provide excel report on daily basis - Able to work in between 5 hours to 7 hours a day - Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills - You should write & speak Fluent Swedish and English and be open to working during Europe and Turkey time zone - You should have a good internet , headset and a computer to follow up with leads - You should have basic understanding of appointment setting etc. Please reply to this job with ' i want this job ' to get your application reviewed.
