Virtual Assistant (10 hours/week) - US Mountain Time Zone (+/- 2 hours)

I have all sorts of work that I could use help with. To start with I'd like to limit it to 10 hours per week but that may expand as we work together. I am on Mountain Time (US Time Zone) and would prefer someone who is awake and available during the US work day. Here is a list of work that I'm hoping for assistance with. Web Research on real estate Take monthly PDF of property manager statement and load into Google Sheet Review my credit card statements and reconcile against [login to view URL] to make sure nothing is missing Build MS Word document of an offering and coordinate with a graphic designer to make it look nice (example attached). Setup Google Maps listing for apartment buildings that I own Reply to feedback/reviews left on my Google Maps pages. Buy and ship gifts Return merchandise and check on refunds Research questions Track birthdays and anniversaries Makes reservations Helps set up social media Handle social media Order and have food delivered Maintain contact details Research weekend activities Send reminders Process email (sometimes reply on my behalf) Screen calls (call customer service or wait on hold) Select, buy and ship items Plan vacations Handle thank you cards Prep or update documents, Excel files, PowerPoint presentations and Visio process flows Buy event tickets Organize to-dos Check in for flights Update websites or coordinate updates through website designer Coordinate with my bookkeeper Track social media (visits & metrics)
