Zoom video conference host
$15-25 USD / hour
We'd like to hire a tech savvy virtual assistant to help host a series of video conferences with our members (clients) - and to make sure they have no audio/video tech issues (so your understanding of Windows/Mac desktops & of Zoom is vital).
We also need the VA tech to schedule a series of email & text message reminders using an easy online system.
The 30 minute Zoom videoconferences will be every Monday, Wed, & Friday at 11am Eastern (to start with, and hopefully there will be more, if you're available for that too). Your main responsibility is to start/stop recording & conduct multiple polls. Our testing & troubleshooting (internally & with members) can happen other times, when you're both available.
We are putting together a checklist for you to follow. There will be other Tech Hosts, so you won't be stuck on a video call every MWF@11am for the rest of your life! Oh, and you have to have a pleasant personality & professional communication skills. Sense of humor a plus :)
