Convert book from InDesign to epub for electronic book readers

We have a book that has been printed in soft cover, and was created in InDesign CS3.? It has been converted to a PDF and submitted to Amazon for upload to their electronic reader, and it keeps failing.? We understand that an epub document will succeed.? The book has diagrams, drawings, and other graphic images such as shaded text boxes, bullet points, and script chapter titles, and forms.? We are looking for someone with experience in converting InDesign files to epub, as there are number of technical issues that need to be addressed before the conversion, so that the book flows, and that the TOC and the chapters are laid out as they should be. ## Deliverables The book is 114 pages with large font and it is a workbook so there is a lot of white space for writing. The author is a sex educator, and the content is sexually explicit in nature and from an educational perspective.
