Fix Class for Transparent Panel or Picturebox Control

*If you think you could do this project but have decided not to bid, please tell me why!!! If it is a matter of money, tell me how much you'd be willing to do it for. I honestly do not know just how much work is involved.*

See attached which contains classes ( 2005 project) for both a transparent picturebox and transparent panel which a coder here on RAC developed for me. The transparent picturebox doesn't work at all. The transparent panel has some bugs. I have only intermediate skills with VB.Net although years of programming experience. Included in attachment is detailed description of problems which you will need to read to bid on this project. **Of the three items below, it is only the third that is essential...

(1) Make picturebox work.

(2) Fix Z-ordering of both classes.

**(3) Using transparent class...provide solution to allow simple-simon 2-image animations to display properly and without flicker.**

Please do not bid unless you have examined all files and are absolutely sure you can produce a fix. Please also give an honest estimate of how much time you will need. *I need this quickly but prefer honesty and proven skills over speed.* And finally please do not try to sell me an expensive graphics package as a solutio...don't need all the bundled tools they come with and have limited budget.
