Magento API VB.NET

Need a VB.NET 2005 windows desktop program interface with Magento's API services.? (A VB6 sample would be a plus). 1. Should accept parameters such as table (i.e. customer, invoices, etc), date range, order # range, etc. Output would be a tab delimited file of ALL the fields that are return with column headings of the tags.? (xslt needed). Program should not crash if fields contain illegitamate characters. 2. Simple Customer, item updating. Must convert all characters to acceptable XML as required.
