Access Database Design and VB Coding

I am looking for a long term partner that can help with me with several Access database projects. My last coder (hired through here 18 years ago) is unavailable to help with current projects. That tells you the kind of relationship I am looking for. The kind of databases I build tend to evolve into much more as the client realizes the potential and power of a database. Some projects have lasted well over a year and total billings for one project surpassed $10,000. Projects require extensive knowledge of Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, and integration with other Office products and add-ins as required (image thumbnail add-ins, Excel and PDF VB references, etc.). Project 1 - Finish comprehensive time sheet database that will evolve into a time and billing database. The time sheet side is about 90% complete, but needs coding debug and some modifications as per the customer request. Customer wants to go live January 1, but needs time to go through a final walk through to verify data integrity. Billing portion of database uses current data to create forms for billing and invoicing. Time sheet programming is needed immediately. Billing programming will start in 2019 and will take 6-9 months to complete. Project 2 - My personal time sheet database to automate billing and calculate sales tax for multiple counties (multiple tax rates); coding to automate monthly billing and update data input fields. See attached. Potential Project 3 - Surveyor wants to convert old dBase database that tracks survey work orders timelines, billing and collections. Data can be exported from old program and forms to follow similar to current setup but consolidated into more efficient format. This project will last more than a year and will consist of monthly billing and payments. I know this is vague. It would take pages and pages to describe everything in each database. I don't want to send copies of the databases until we have secured a contract. You must also sign a non-disclosure agreement and a non-compete to not re-use my created databases. I have consistent database work, so you will have steady income as a project is in process. I do expect responsiveness and communication. I am easy to work with, but will admit I am a perfectionist. I deliver a top-of-the line quality product to my customers and expect you to have the knowledge to deliver projects in a timely manner.
