As a small startup we are looking for a vtiger expert.
We provide first level Support mostly by phone and remote supprt. But we want to manage also small and simple projects on vTiger to count working hours and manage appointments.
we need basic installation support vtiger 7 on ubuntu linux server, setup helpdesk system in vtiger without customer portal (yet),
create timetracking for trouble tickets with report so that we can count our working hours per ticket and per customer for accounting.
we need to get three user imap mailboxes connected and one "support@" imap account that will create tickets and manage ticketreply mails.
we also need vtiger connected to our asterisk based PBX so that we will see all inbound and outbound calls with time tracking.
we got ubuntu server up and running
we got asterisk pbx up and running
we got mail server up and running
so its on you to help us with vtiger
