Tender Database

I have recently purchased a website that brings the education industry and the suppliers together. They way the site works is suppliers register their companies and the schools, college's academies search the database for the supplier who can fulfil the work based on a number of criteria's i.e. physical geography, feedback rating, price via quotation..etc. In order to make the site more appealing to the suppliers I want to put a "Live Tender System" in place. What do i mean by that? Essentially I have each week, month a list of current tender opportunities sent to me either as .xml, .csv, or .xls. As you can imagine the file has a number of data fields which outlines the areas such as: 1: The Schools/Universities 2: The start and close date of the tender 3: Name and address of contact 4: The value of the contact 5: Email address and contact numbers 6: Description of the work The above a just a few of the data field but this gives you a favour for what it is. The site is built in PHP on WordPress. So What Is My Requirement? I want to be able to take the tender document i receive each week/month and drop this into a search database so the existing registered supplier have the ability to search the information and apply to the tender details that interest them. I would like the process to be made simple for me buy being able to drop the tender file i get each week/month with the updated information into the database via my WordPress management panel if possible. I realise you need to see a copy of the tender file information and will do so on request. I hope my information has not been to confusing and i look forward to hearing form anyway who believe they can do this cost effectively for me.
