We need highly experienced Web Developer who knows how to do Web Clipping, to develop a portal that will host eServices Online Forms from multiple websites to be hosted on single portal. We want to use existing web clipping technology product similar to Oracle Webcenter Web Clipping, but we don't want to use Oracle we want another option. ex: Our portal will show forms catalog, each form is from different website, user will be able to fill the form on our portal without having to visit the different websites. SO our portal will just show the form fields for example and the Next/Back and submit buttons, without touching the other websites or having to do complex integration.
