US Signups to Free programs

I need someone to secure 1,000 US signups within 30 days. Each signup must fill out all 4 offers listed at [login to view URL] None of these offers require any form of payment or billing information but the signups must click on them from my site. Payment will be made within 30 days from the moment the 1,000th signup occurs. There will be no escrow. If the signups are not delivered entirely within 30 days, you will receive only 25% of the amount per signup (based on the actual number delivered in 30 days). This will be an ongoing relationship if successful. Please bid the amount per signup you require. This is not 250 signups for each program.
