Scrap a value forgotten in the actual web scraping process

Actually I already use a tool that scraps for me a web page 24/24 7/7. These varying values displayed in live are actually scrapped and stored in database every 10 seconds. Everything is perfectly working but when I made to developp this tool I forgot to ask the developper to scrap a value.
Today I am looking for a freelancer that can :
1 - add the scrapping of this forgotten value and store it in my database like for others values already scrapped.
2 – change the actual scrapping time (10 seconds) to every 1 second.

I prefer to work with Freelancers who only work for themselves and their clients. Like that we can communicate all the day and it is also a way for me to be sure that the job is done fastly and carefully.
I need scripts to be well documented and commented to explain the logic used.
