PSD to HTML - Existing PR site add more pages

::INTRODUCTION:: Looking for an HTML / CSS expert who can convert (slicing / basing) a finished PSD design to cross browser valid HTML/CSS code. ATTENTION, you can use existing code. The website already exists!!! I only need changes and some pages added!!
