Urgent coding from photoshop to CSS

We are looking for someone who can do an urgent project as quickly as possible. We need a coder who can turn some Photoshop layouts into HTML and CSS by hand. It's a very simple one-page salesletter website, with a data-capture form, and an order from which simply directs to a merchant account. We have psd files of the entire layout, as well as psd files of the individual graphics, and some jpg's. We also have the start of a template we like, along with a CSS sheet that I have been modifying... Either the coder can look at our existing html and css sheet and modify them to look like the psd layouts... Or they can start from scratch and develop the html and css themselves to give the overall look and feel of the layout. The finished product needs to be html and CSS compliant, and editable with Dreamweaver. Also the CSS sheet needs to be well commented, so that we can edit the CSS if needs be, later on. Ideally we need someone who can do this quickly -- and well! Many thanks.
