Convert AI/PSD Files to HTML Website - Slice up Images, etc.

Mockups for an eCommerce website need to be converted to HTML, the images sliced up, etc. Attached are 17 image files showing the different pages (the final versions may vary slightly from these images). I can provide AI files (as they exist now) or convert them to PSD and provide those. Either way, the finished pages need to re-size for different screen resolutions. The product images are just place-holders for the actual images. The HTML behind the pages needs to be as simple and clean as possible utilizing mainly div's. Styles should be put in separate css files. The use of tables needs to be minimized. Styles need to auto adjust with changing screen resolutions. All text needs to be dynamic so that it can come from a database. Images with text on them need to be separated to text and background images with styles.
