Convert a Template to a Website

I am putting together a demo system for a client. I would like you to code two pages, which I have designed. I am capable of coding these myself but I do not have the time and hope to find someone who I can work with now and possible again in the future. To code the design I would prefer you to use a combination of HTML, CSS and JAVA Script (JQuery, or alternative). The design is based on a template which can be found here: [login to view URL] I would like you to replicate the following JavaScript effects: • Drop down menu list when hover over the envelope symbol (see image called “wire frame personal [login to view URL]”). • Drop down menu list when hovering over the bell symbol (see image called “wire frame personal [login to view URL]”). • Drop down menu list when hovering over the lock symbol (see image called “wire frame personal [login to view URL]”). • Drop down menu list when hovering over the small triangle within the search button (see image called “wire frame personal [login to view URL]”). • Drop down list for fields that are dark grey and have an upside down triangle on the right hand side (see image called “wire frame [login to view URL]”). If the client decides to proceed and the project is commissioned then I may ask you to code the remaining pages. I would like you to adhere to the following: • All code must be clearly structured and commented. • The pages must be compatibility with both Chrome and Firefox. It does not have to work in Internet explorer. • Please bear in mind that I will be integrating PHP into the code to interact with my database. • I have based this design on 1250 x 926. The client would be accessing these pages from a desktop machine. • All text must be within an html tag. For example I do not want the word Prospectus (to the left of the icon in the top left area of the above image) to be included in the image. I want to be able to see the word in the code. I would welcome any changes to the design to improve the proportion of any elements of the page I have designed. You are also welcome to use any other libraries, providing this is well commented. I will be available to answer questions at any time.
