Convert a Template to a Website

Web developer to create simple 14-page exhibition website ***I prefer to collaborate/watch you work via share-screen on skype so we have a direct and immediate feedback loop. I find it saves everyone tons of time. Please DO NOT bid if you cannot meet this requirement.*** I have taken the time to write out a very detailed description of what I want. Please read it thoroughly before you bid. In your bid, please do the following: 1. Demonstrate you have read my document 2. Show me 2 or more examples of work you have done similar to the ones in my reference word document 3. Tell me: a. How much time (in hours or days) this will take to complete b. When you can start and finish (the faster the better) c. If you work on weekends d. What it will cost me for you to do what I want *I want this all done in a few days! SUMMARY Site will likely just be a simple WordPress or static HTML 5 site. It will not need to be updated very often and there will not be any blogs or other interaction with the site, other than the Contact form. The site will follow the one-page scrolling style, with the exception of 2-3 pages, as detailed below. All pages have been fully designed and are available in PNG files (I may be able to get PSD files as well). All copy (text) for the website is complete and available. We already own the domain name and we have set up web hosting and email services. The site should be responsive, i.e. it should size and rescale properly on all devices. You will show me how to update the website easily myself. I need a skillful/artistic website developer to: 1. Add page-to-page navigation to pages 2. Add micro-animations to pages and page-to-page transitions 3. Add a Contact page form 4. Make the site work and upload the pages to the server I need a highly creative (artistic) person, and not just a great web developer. I’m happy to hear your ideas on anything.
