html assistance to fix web page

I do not know CSS and created our website with basic HTML skills.
I have a page that has three columns...which I want to all start at the top of the page...but the more I add in the center column, the lower the two side columns drop.
Can someone please review and provide me the "fix"?

I know that $30 is the lowest I can request...but I know a college kid locally that said he'd do it for $10, but I have to wait a week...so I know it's an EASY fix, but still beyond my ability. LOL
