Web Design Completion

Web designer needed to complete a 7-page design. Main design and home page are probably 70% complete; the rest of the interior pages exist on the WWW already. Those interior pages are relatively simple: you will need to incorporate the content into the new main design and match the style. Logo also already exists but must be improved, and new favicon created. I have the home PSD file, and attached is the home image in progress with information filtered for confidentiality. At this stage, this job should be easy for a creative, experienced designer, and bid price should reflect that much of the work is already done. As you can see, it is a very whimsical, friendly, modern design. Show me anything similar that you've done by providing a single URL to that design, and explain why you think you can do this. The previous designer and I stopped the project on good terms due to time delay and poor communication (English is not his primary language, and that turns out to be more important than people think). Low bandwidth and load time is critical, and your design should be a compromise between great design/quality and minimal image size and complexity. You should be experienced in this kind of planning. Also, you must have a talent for marketing: the home page must be attractive to visitors, allow them to quickly understand the purpose of the site, and convince them to register and get involved. Interior pages need to focus on usability/UI, and you should have experience with this as well. I will want to see examples of your expertise in these areas. Your deliverables will include the PSD files, which I will then use to find a CSS/HTML/(JS?) expert to turn into optimized production code.
