Basic Web application building

We are an innovation team of an Italian pharmaceutical group. We are looking for a Web developer to create a prototype of our Web application to enhance internal information flow and knowledge sharing. The app needs integration of some functions like search engine, push notifications for users, machine learning, integration with Outlook calendar. Web developer responsibilities include building our Web-based application from basic concept, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.
