Bootstrap/CSS integration. CHEAP Expert needed

Hello there,
I'm a project manager, I handle multiple projects at a time. I'm looking for experienced front-end developers that are proficient in Bootstrap and CSS technologies.
The maximum price I pay per NEW page is 50$, please note that to be considered as "NEW" the page must be really different than the others. If there is only the body to change, the price will be reduced.
I'm also a developer, so I know what takes time, and what doesn't.
I'm not looking for tricky people, but real developers who are willing to work. I'm building a network of proficient developers around the world, with "cheap" prices, but a lot of projects incoming.
So if you are an expert in Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, please consider my offer and bid only if you're looking for a long term based business relationship.
