Build an e-commerce website using WordPress and WooCommerce

Hey, there. I am needing a e-commerce website completed for a custom suit company and someone to help me consider the things I might otherwise fail to consider. I would prefer it completed in WordPress and I've started it with WooCommerce, though I'm open to suggestions. My initial idea's to include different product pages (shirts, suits, pants, etc.) with different fabrics listed as the product for purchase. Each fabric will have a different price point. The customer needs to be able to pick out their fabrics (shirts are easy, but pants and suits also have liners) and then be able to customize their choices (do they want a peaked lapel or notched? What type of cuffs do they want on their shirt--french, round, square, etc?). They must be able to input all their measurements (neck size in cm, sleeve length, etc.). Finally they must be able to enter and process a form of payment and I must be able to easily In addition to the main pages, it will need an attractive, elegant landing page and hero section; a "how to" section for the ordering process and measurement instructional videos I can upload (or link from YouTube if that's easier);and an "About Us" page. If possible and not too costly, I would like to include user profiles to remember their measurements and previous orders. For reference, here's a dream website that, though I would not do now nor could I afford it, will help walk you through the ideal order process for selecting fabrics and customization options.
