Then prove your strong coding, writing and graphics ability by sending a proposal of unique features that you would place on our site: - List all the modules, objects, and extensions that you would include in Joomla (preferably on LAMP), and each of the places where security updates are available for each module you [login to view URL] you can propose another platform, give me your justification. - Provide your portfolio of websites / portals that you have developed, with a description of each. Reply with "DeSIGN" as the first word in your proposal, else I consider you not smart enough to pay attention to detail to read all of the project acquirements, let alone to code. Preference will be given to bidders who reply with a complete proposal. You will be paid on milestone deliverables of a functional development site and working system. I expect ALL source code to be packaged up after each milestone (including all files: .jpg, .gif, HTML, PHP, SQL , etc.) and professionally documented, so I can unpack and test on our own Joomla development site.
