Build Web application for e-learning

I would like a website built to meet the following use case (this will just be a prototype/MVP to demo). Please explain how you will build this in your initial response to me. The website will be used by a teacher to provide a list of topics to students and short lessons on each topic. This website you will build will have 3 parts (could be considered an admin panel for me, a frontend for the teacher to input content into a template, and the screens that the student will see). Here is the list of steps the teacher will take: A teacher will log in. They will create a "New Project" or select an existing project to edit. When they create a new project, they will first define a list of topics (which will be displayed on the first screen the student sees). Then they will be able to open each topic in order to add the material for it. When the teacher opens a topic to add material, the teacher is presented with 3 sections to fill out. The 3 sections are "Key Points", "Give it a try", and "Checklist" "Key points" is just text that will be displayed as a paragraph. It can be limited to 500 characters. "Give it a Try" has two distinct parts. First is a question. Second are 4 possible answers, and each will also have specific feedback about that answer. On this section, the student using the final version will click on each of the possible answers and read the feedback (they have to be able to click each one, even after they've already clicked the first one). "Checklist" should be displayed as individual bullets with checkmark icons next to each distinct point. Once all of the material is inputted for each of the topics, the teacher is finished. Now a link should be generated for the lessons. Clicking on the link will bring up the first screen with the tiles menu showing the topics. Clicking on these topics brings up that lesson. This is not a graded quiz, there doesn't need to be a way to keep score. Here are some VERY basic wireframes of the screens for the teacher.
