Build a Website for Documentation

Hello freelancers, We need a developer who can create a website for us, that should solve our small problem. We are small company and deliver Multifunction printers to our customers. At the moment we document our work (what we configure by our clients) in a Word template, including: -Client contact persons, E-mail, telephone etc. -Do we install printers on Windows, MAC, Linux or some other platform, number of Server/Client computers -and for every Server/Client computer we document: Host name (PC name), IP Address, Subnet, is Firewall active and other specific OS settings -than we document Printer (MFP Device) Settings like IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS -Print Object (Windows Printer) settings (like Driver version, is it installed for x32 or x64 architecture, is the Print Object shared - and if yes - share name) -Is Fax configured on device, if yes than respective settings (Fax Sender, Fax number, Pulse or Tone dialing) -Is scanning configured on device - If yes than couple of Info’s related to Scanning. Documentation for one normal Installation is between 6-10 Word pages. IDEA IS: To create Website which we can offer to our Customers/Clients and our Technician. Client should be able to log in and enter some data before installation day. And than, on Installation day, our technician should be able to edit or fill out further data through Website and store it in Database, and export it as PDF so that client can have a copy. Requirements: 1. Website must run on IIS, and be available over HTTPS 2. MS SQL driven data as background 3. Website must be able to generate PDF Files from data saved in Database 4. Website should have ability to send E-Mail (for Example to send E-Mail with Link and login data to client), we will use internal SMTP Server from Windows 5. From design, it should be very simple: simple forms in “Next-Next-Next-Finish” style, but Responsive – so that it can be used also from Mobile devices 6. Coding standards as per Microsoft Hungarian Notations 7. Freelancers which can be contacted via Skype (and TeamViewer for Presentation) will be preferred. 8. After Project is accepted/finished, WE own the Project (Code) 9. Asp.NET, C# (MVC) is our preference, (and HTML5, CSS3 maybe with Bootstrap, JQUERY to achieve responsive layout), but you are free and welcome to offer something else - but it must run stable on IIS. Database Schema is not yet firm defined, we would like to discuss it in second phase - after selecting the best man/woman for the job. Data that need to be collected are defined, and so is the functionality for Website. I will provide additional document that will describe very precise what we need, with lots of pages - but most of them are pictures :) Happy bidding!
