Here is the project brief - Pay close attention to the dropbox files for the mockups because we want the checkout to look as similar as possible to the mockups.
Also, see the attached files for a more broken down Work Breakdown Structure chart to help clarify the goals and functionality. It is okay to integrate as many plugins as necessary to perform some of the tasks, not everything has to be custom built from scratch.

Furthermore, you can copy and paste template files from the "Cart" WooCommerce page into the "Checkout Summary" page to style the summary similarly for the products list.

Several “custom” fields (Commercial Location, Forklift/Loading Dock, Collect Shipment, Blind Shipment, Ship Complete)
Can these be separated out and displayed in different parts of checkout?
Can they be conditional? (For instance, based on type of shipping: Freight or parcel)
Can these affect price?
Can the line items and price be updated in “Summary” box as user makes selections?
Parsing “Attention” field on Ship page, to populate First and Last name fields IF user selects Same as Shipping?
Confirmation page — no mockup yet, will be very similar to Review page
Form Styling — consistent with site convention (grey, rounded corners, label inside, highlight orange on focus) PLUS:
inline validation signal (i.e. green checkboxes) when field is completed

File Uploads — added to either Billing or Review page (maybe both?) not part of these mockups yet

Upload Manager (allows users to upload documents during checkout process)
UPS and FreightView (provides real-time shipping rates)

From what I've learned from the client, this project will require a large amount of restyling the elements on the page, creating template files to reorganize the checkout page, and integrating various plugins that the client found / needs.
The biggest challenges I feel I'd have with this is creating that "Review" summary page and reorganizing the structure of the elements in the checkout. Is this something you'd know how to do?
