Convert a Template to a Website

I am updating a website that is connected to an IDevaffiliate program. Its set up for the most part, I just need to have each subscriber with their own URL. I need to be able to pull up reports for each users transaction and a way to have the transactions uploaded into Quickbooks, There needs to be pay levels established with in the program and a way for them to get referrals. One of the levels will allow the users brand the products ( $100 month) another level will be non branding. Also there are three pay scales: 10% for 1 - 100 products 20% for 100 - 2000 products 30% for 2000+ I also need a way to track inventory within the site so if there are 20 sales it will remove it from the iDev inventory list ( if there is one) All terms and conditions will need to be written.
