CSS skills for responsive website.

The website (described in attached [login to view URL]) is required to be responsive design. The desktop website looks ok, however on mobile devices it looks bad in certain situations. The brief contains the details about the faults as i see them. I think this work will be limited to CSS updates. You will be provided a login to make CSS overrides through the CMS. I'm looking for a competent web developer that knows their way around css that is confident of being able to complete the brief. Do not contact me without reading the attached brief.
