Design of website

I am looking to get my ISO Consulting website redesigned and wanted to hear if someone is able to help with it? The main objective for the new website is as follows: • It needs a professional look to increase conversion. • It needs to have call to action across pages to increase conversion. • Be flexible so it is easy to add additional subpages. • It needs to have fast loading speed to improve SEO and get more visitors. • Be appealing to clients to retain them on the site for longer. • Improve SEO in general to get the pages listed higher on Google and increase visitors. • Make the site more user friendly to ensure clients easily find what they need and will contact us about our services. • The website must be stored on my server and must be easy editable by me when changing content and adding additional pages or posts. The key elements I don’t like about the current design and that would need to be changed for the new website are the following. • The boxed layout on all the pages. • The graphics with the heading on the pages are too wide and take up too much of the space when viewed on a laptop. • The colours used across the website is too dark and the links on the pages don’t stand out due to the limited colour different with the ordinary text. • The key pages like 'Consultants', 'Audit' and 'Training' are not easy adjustable to add new pages. Key items I need on the site are as follows • Carousel on the main page including our client logos and where additional ones easily can be added as of when required. • Carousel with client feedback on the main page. • All existing blog posts would need to be moved over to the new website. • Contact form • Etc. If interested, please submit some examples of your work. I don't want samples of comercial sites as that is not what I need. It need to be simple profesional sites, that don't look like a big mess.
