GPS TRACKING SYSTEM

Need a PHP website to track gps device for vehicles ASAP. Fleet Management Software, to manage gps devices TK-103,AVL05, MT90, MVT600, and others. DONT BID IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OR NO EXPERIENCE. The system will have three main components - the web based interface for users and administrators (for user/device registration and management and data/map display) - the capture module (for receiving and archiving all data received from all devices). -fleet management General features will be: --User Level with setting permissions (roles, like some features or permission to see some devices…) - Google Maps, and others - Geo Fencing, Geo Coding and Reverse Geo Coding - Set Alerts on events by email, sms from web app(for trigger set users only who have credits in their account,this will be connected clickatell gateways) - alert for speeding, leaving/entrance geofence - live tracking of selected devices/replay - track history of selected devices, - stop points, parking points, direction points - ability to compare driven track, and from/to path on map - availability of maps functions (like search, satellite...) - Calculating the odometer with the gps - Customisable reports (.pdf, .html), with export to excel … - Ability to use a number of devices with different agreed communications protocols - GPRS Sending of data from device to server and SMS comands to send to device - Easy maintenance (separation of logic from presentation). - Save histories, and routes and activity of users like change passwords, etc. - multiple geofences (PointRadius / Polygon-multiples points) - 100% compatibility with popular protocols like meitrack, sykpatrol, etc - Take photograph optional - admin and customer panel - multi-language (spanish, english, french, etc.). - automatic sending of per day selected reports to users at the scheduled time. - The system must be installed and configured on a Linuxs server. We will need source code for the entire project (Required), and correct descripcion off all classes progremmed. With Anroid Application I accept suggestions. requirements will be discussed. GPSGate and OpenGTS products can be used as reference.
