Help me build a good quality Website and make a good paycheck based on your performance (This is a re-posting)

Hello! I've posted a simular project a week ago but have not made it completly clear, what would be the pay so I'm re-posting it again. Please read it fully and carfuly to the end . I’m looking for someone who: 1. Knows how to build a succesful affiliate webpage, the niche is already chosen and there is no need for seting up hosting, finding a good niche etc. This is everything that I provide and I am willing to share with you. There is a need for you to know: - website design and managment, so the site will look good according to my set patern. But if you'll have a better one in mind even better. - SEO and SEO marketing - link building - internet marketing - social networking 2. Drives lots of diverse traffic to the webpage. 3. Will teach me how to run such a site with a good one-one skype tutorial/support or premade video (would be even better) which will explaine everything in details. 4. (Additional but not neccesery) Will make the webpage to run on autopilot. BIG JOB SO WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? 1. Let me start by saying that this is not a fixed price project. By this I mean that there is no x$/hour or xx$/project paycheck. But it is a project where you will get paid bassed on your performance, speed and ingenuity. So I'm not just hiring you for a job but I am looking for a partnership. Which means you can do other things and still get a nice paycheck for a long time, not just "a one time gig" and then work your head of elsewhere. So your pay will be: - *If the profits are lower or equal to 1500€/month, you get 60% of all the website profits* - If the profits are higher then 1500€/month, you will get paid 70% of all the website profits - You’ll also get 70% of all the profits if you manage to set up a website to run on autopilot and is profitable (which means that a website must generate at least 2000€/month) 1a. *Profits must be at least 1000€/month, so we both can get a good salary out of it*. This is the only condition about payments you will need to achive in the first 3 months of our cooperation (“trial era”). This doesn't mean that you have to generate such ammount every month of the trial era because I know that it is almost impossible. But you will have to achive it in the space of maximum 3 months. If this ammount is not generated in the trial era we will break our cooperation and your pay will be: 50% of all the profits in the first month, 40% of all the profits in the second month and 30% of all the profits in the third month. This is my backup so I won’t get scamed. 1b. I’m willing to sign a contract with you for the whole 12 month and pay you every month according to your performance. I’m not expacting you to work for the entire 12 months but I’m willing to pay you for that long anyway. If you manage to get the site running on autpilot and the site continues on succesfuly (at least 2000€/month profits), there will be longer (36 months) paychecks for you, even when you'll not be working with me anymore. This means you can do other things and still get a nice paycheck for a long time, not just "a one time gig" and then work your head of elsewhere. 2. Experience plus a good rating after you are done WHAT DO I EXPECT? You will agree to sign a contract with me to recive pay after each month for the whole year or more then a year (depends on your ability). I WISH to get a good and sencere webpage developer who is able to perform these tasks 100% with accuracy. So when you write to me, be sure to have lots of experience and to give and explain your credentials which can be checked! Also be sure to agree with my deal 100% because there will be no neggotiating afterwards and I’m looking for individuals who are willing to accept these terms.
