Joomla + HikaShop with MultiShop extension

We are building a solution for a company that deliveres the gifts, ordered on the web. Web contains 3 separate e-shops (HikaShop) with one database of clients (one login for the web, then I can choose in which shop I will make an order, then all the orderes from all three shops will be placed in the user profile details). What we would need to do is, that when a client makes the registration to this site, he will be offered pre-defined set of dates, for which he can choose some of them and in the next step, he will be able to add his own dates to the system. Like for example in the first step he will be able to choose Mothers` day, etc. and in the next step, he will add 11th January as his sister`s birthday (date and description), 5th May as the Marrige anniversary, etc. These dates he will later be able to see/edit/delete in his profile settings. In backend, administrator will be able to report these events for all the users registered, by setting the filter for the exact time (date - from - to - like from 1st to 31st January 2016) and he will be given a result, that would contain date, username, description of the event. He will also be able to click on the username to see the user`s details with contact address. Users will be notified by e-mail message 3 days before the event, that they have chosen or added. Then, if they will make no order in the system, they will be notified 1 day before the event again. One week after the purchase in the store, they will recieve an email with the link to the web-based questionare of how they were satisfied with the product. They will click on the link, go to the web, answer 3 questions (stars 1-5) and write short text field note (like on the e-bay). After saving, this feedback will appear on the home screen. Admin will be able to delete the feedback, if inappropriate.
