Joomla 3.8 template design and implementation

Design and implement a Joomla 3.8 template. By design i mean you need to come up with a visual design and implement it consistently on the whole of the website. For content see this site: [login to view URL] with username: test and password: test I am building up the website content here using Joomla 3.8 and the beez3 standard template. - Template must work on all modern devices like tablets and phones. - Template must also work on Easyblog and Kunena forum (soon to be added) - Standard left/right menus but also footer section and top horizontal menu - I need a new logo. My company name is my personal name followed by the word "training"/"education" but in Dutch the term is plural. So some variation on that name that i can use on the site but also on business cards etc... - Header must reflex 2 companies, my own and the company i co-operate with which is the logo on the right on the [login to view URL] site. I want it to look simple but stylish. A collection of text pages with the website's only purpose to present the content in a nice, stylish, easy to read way. No bells and whistles. I sell training courses but i don't want the site to look like a sales site. In fact people cannot buy on the site, only in a meeting with me personally. So it's all about presenting the textual content. Please suggest an existing template to use as a start point.
