I need following things to be done. 1. Host latest version (4.0 or higher) of nopcommerce at my server in dual language (english and german) (Standard Design) 2. I already have Nopcommerce 3.4 Version from which Customer, Products and Order need to be migrated to newer version. 3. Majorly we have recurring products so paypal n payment gateway need to configured for the same. 4. EU Vat Need to be configured. we need lot more custom development but that can be treated as second part of project and initiated later with separate budget.
