One developer has designed my website and he is unable to fulfill my requirements i want a login/register page and its linked to when person checkout and some more minor changes

I assume that your website is made by Wordpress, I can make something like when your customer selects Proceed to Checkout Button, I can show above the checkout form something like "Returning customer?
