SEO for website

Dear freelancers, please read all of this first: We are looking for an ethical SEO to conduct white hat seo on and off site to improve our domain for long-term stability. We are a small company who works hard for our clients, NOT a big company with lots of money. If the SEO freelancer does unethical work and sinks our site and rankings, they will sink our business. This project can be a one off, or a monthly ongoing. About me and SEO: I have had bad SEO which negatively affected our site, so i learnt all about SEO and did work myself up till now. I am our website editor, manager and SEO, and have written many of our pages, but my skills are only novice level. Now I am having a baby and need to be able to focus on my customer service not my SEO. About our domain: Has good trust flow, good onpage seo, two years ago bad links affected rankings, I recovered this with disavow. About our company: We are property managers in Auckland New Zealand, we are not real estate agents, we only do property management. What I want to achieve: Make our site near perfect by google standards + ensure our current rankings are stable for the long term + achieve improved rankings slowly for competitive keywords. Already done: keyword research; webmaster tools; adwords; google analytics and monthly reporting setup; Our CMS: Adobe business catalyst. We are looking for someone to do the following: Find quality relevant links, a few links NOT a lot of links. The links are preferably from my area of the world. also find potential link leads for me to approach (do not build links to my domain without first showing that they are quality, rellevant, and abide by google). Full review of some competitors to find some opportunities. Review onsite optimisation make recommendations. Review all pages for grammar and duplicate content, make recommendations Perform a risk assessment on existing links and audit current disavow file to future proof our site. Fix (or provide list for me to fix / give to web a developer) all the technical on site issues: duplicate issues; 404 errors, improve site speed (but not at cost to appearance) improve mobile friendly; remove 7 dead links(or advise where they are so i can get a web developer to do it); Review of Local SEO to find potential improvements: Google My Business, local citations, schema markup, NAP issues, location pages. I will provide you with any information you need like: targeted keywords and pages; description of our market; key competitors websites; previous disavow file; I will make simple changes to our website based on your recommendations.
