- I require somebody to work in Customer Service/Order Processing.
- Experience in using AnyDesk Remote Desktop application.
- Experience in using PayPal Invoicing System in order to send Invoices to customers & also with PayPal in general as you would also need to send out payment or payment requests.
- Requires to process ID Verification to customers also know as (K.Y.C/A.M.L)
- You will have to complete debit/credit card details manually + do screenshot if any error occurs.
- Experience with Steam (games platform) in order to redeem gift cards sent by customers.
- Experience using Windows 7
Extremely important to be able to learn fast & know how to use multi-tabs and multi-task with multiple customers at once via chat.
Working Schedule 12H per day with Free Weekends. Payment monthly & fixed as in job offer.
Payment will be increased based on a higher-experience time with us.
