Windows agent service to post client information to Guacamole server

We need a Windows 7+ 32/64bit client application what run as a Windows service and sends several client information to a Guacamole server. The Guacamole server should then show the client related information at the Guacamole Web-panel.
The Guacamole server should save the client information on MySQL database and will be updated by the Windows service every 5 minutes (the update interval should be changeable).
The following information should be send from Windows service to the Guacamole server.
- PC Status: (Online/Offline/Busy)
- Workgroup or Domain Name
- PC Uptime & recent user login time
- Disk size and disk used in % and GB
